Alex Sallade is currently a Masters student at The Ohio State University where he plans to subsequently earn a Ph.D in Music Theory, also at Ohio State. His topics of interest include music theory pedagogy, musical narrative, and pentatonicism. He currently instructs undergraduate music theory and aural skills courses at Ohio State and plans on continuing his teaching career beyond graduate school.
